Welcome to CruciblePrep ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website located at crucibleprep.co and our associated interactive interview-practice simulation software (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The Service is intended solely for users who are sixteen (16) years of age or older. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

CruciblePrep provides online software subscriptions featuring interactive interview-practice simulations and AI-generated performance evaluations for consulting-interview candidates. The output provided by our systems is for educational and preparation purposes only and does not guarantee employment or placement with any third-party firm.

3. Merchant of Record & Payment Framework

Our order process is conducted and legally fulfilled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, UK).

• Paddle acts as the legal merchant of record for all transactions executed on CruciblePrep.

• By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are entering into a direct financial agreement with Paddle, subject to Paddle’s Terms of Use and Customer Policies.

• Paddle handles all global billing inquiries, payment verification, localized sales tax handling, compliance, and payment processing operations on our behalf.

4. Accounts & Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at crucibleprep.founder@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software frameworks, design interfaces, proprietary case materials, logic paths, evaluation rubrics, and content available on CruciblePrep are the exclusive intellectual property of CruciblePrep (operated as an individual/sole trader in Qatar). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial interview preparation. You may not scrape, copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of this platform.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall CruciblePrep, its founder, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the subscription tier in question.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Doha, Qatar.
