Because our platform provides instant digital access to proprietary case structures and real-time computational AI scoring tools, our cancellation and refund framework is strictly structured as follows:


1. The Free Tier Staging Buffer

To ensure CruciblePrep fits your exact style and configuration preferences before you incur any financial charges, we provide a completely free evaluation tier. The free tier grants you one (1) complete practice interview simulation session at zero cost, with no credit card registration required. We strongly encourage all candidates to utilize this free session to test platform latency, UI layout, and evaluation quality before committing to a paid tier.


2. Paid Tier Subscriptions & Cancellation

Paid subscription tiers provide extended or unlimited access to our case library and evaluator infrastructure. You may cancel your subscription plan at any time through your internal billing settings or via the Paddle Buyer Portal. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the conclusion of your current billing cycle, and no further renewal charges will be initiated.


3. The 14-Day Refund Policy Window

We offer a full refund within fourteen (14) days from your initial purchase date, subject to the following strict usage condition:

  • Unused Performance Guarantee: A full refund is available only if you have not initiated or submitted any practice interview sessions under the paid tier.

  • Used Digital Products Exclusion: The moment you launch, answer, or submit a paid-tier practice case simulation, the digital delivery of our proprietary system is legally completed and consumed. Consequently, no refunds can be issued after a paid-tier simulation has been initiated.


4. Processing a Refund Request

All checkout management, billing verification, and payments are handled exclusively on our behalf by our global partner, Paddle. To request a refund within your 14-day unused window, you can:

  1. Submit an automated refund query directly through the transactional invoice receipt email sent to you by Paddle.

  2. Reach out to Paddle's dedicated buyer help desk via the Paddle Support Portal.

  3. Contact us directly at crucibleprep.founder@gmail.com with your exact email address and transaction reference indicator, and we will route your request directly through the Paddle dashboard.
